Do It Yourself Assistance Program
Thank you for your interest in our Do It Yourself Assistance Program. We are a family operated business that has been in the construction business for several years. We recently added this service due to the request of our past clients. They wanted a service that would oversee their Do It Yourself Projects. Without having to hire a General Contractor to do the project. Our goal is to provide the best advice and assistance at a reasonable rate. We offer a low rate for Basic Assistance Nationwide and we also offer a Deluxe Assistance Service that includes email assistance and direct assistance. We have joined this service with multiple Professionals. Insuring that any questions that you have will be answered by a Pro. This allows us to not be limited to any aspect of Home Repair and Improvement.

The details of both Assistance Programs are listed below.
Basic Assistance:
We work with you through email and/or chat. The average limit for email support is 10 per project. The average limit for chat support is 5 minutes each and a average total of 10 sessions per project. Chat is only available when we are online. Your invoice will detail how many email and chat support requests you are limited too. Invoice must be paid before any assistance will be done. Please make sure that each email you send us contains questions that you have. Please utilize your time and limits towards your project goals. Most email programs allow you to save a draft without sending. Typically if you have a question, wait 24 hours in case you have another question. Therefore not wasting any emails towards you limit. Any emails or contact that you receive from us that are not replies, are not counted towards your limits. This is because we do care about your project and we try to stay on top of your progress. If you do receive an update request from us, please let us know how the project is progressing. But refrain from asking any other questions until necessary. All communication that has a question pertaining to your project will count towards you limits. We do greatly appreciate every email or chat that you send us pertaining to the status of your project. We also reserve the right to determine if any particular question or questions revolve around your project. We also reserve the right to determine how many separate projects you have listed in your original project description. This is why a thorough description is required. This service also requires you to have a digital camera so that you can photograph your project and we can view them. You also need to be able to Zip these photos before you send them. If we have problems opening them we will ask that you resend them in a specific zip program. This typically can be done by right clicking on the photo file and selecting send to zipped file. The created file is the one you will attach and send to us.
Deluxe Assistance:
This service includes all of the Basic Assistance service. And you also get our Direct Assistance. We will schedule with you an onsite interview. During this interview we will discuss your project and goals and help you determine the necessary equipment that you will need to get started with your project. We will also photograph the project that you are going to do. This will allow a better understanding on our part. And give us future reference during email / chat assistance. We will detail in our invoice the extent and time limits of this visit. Typically they last no longer than an hour. This is done for your benefit and reduces the amount of the Assistance Program.
The cost of each service varies depending on the description of your project and location.
Please Note:
If you decide that the project is too overwhelming for you and you would like a contractor to do it. We will gladly credit you Assistance Service Cost against all estimates from us.
